Plus McVay even alluded himself that last year he was more patient in hiring the guys he really wanted. Which is what I hope he is doing now. Personally, I'm glad he isn't making snap decisions like hiring Staley immediately back, even tho I share 43's impatience in not seeing guys hired. The good news is that guys like Munchak signed on for two years (something I'd like to see confirmed).
