But isn't this how it usually is with him every year? McVay always seems to make his hires later than other teams do. In the meantime we watch other candidates being snapped up while we grow impatient waiting for the Rams to do the same. McVay knows the kind of coaches he wants. It's just hard waiting for him to find them.
