I think some of it has to do with Baltimore's OC. Not really my kind of OC that I like.
Felt like once he changes his play calling rhythm since KC was really stacking things, the play calling became very predictable and lacked setups to get the defense off balanced. Sort of the same when he was with the Bills and Niners.
