And, I also agree that McVay remembers when he wanted to be a HC in the league....He knows it's a goal for most asst. coaches, so let em' go and see if they are HC material.

McVay is a one of a kind HC.....The guy always wants to WIN ,but he always wants what is best for his asst, coaches as well.

It's going to be an interesting hire for Rams DC!!!!!
