That series of unfortunate events reminds me a lot of what happened in the SB to Jalen Ramsey on the first play of 3rd quarter, where he was egregiously facemasked and fell to the ground resulting in Cincinnati touchdown. Then on the following possession a pass bounced off of Skowronek's hands and intercepted. It was a 10 point swing.

Difference is the Rams held it together, and were a stronger team, came back and won. The Lions seems to have fallen apart after that.

Anyways, just wanted to point out the similarity and how it affected the outcomes.
