McVay's hire will be no surprise for him......But, for us fans, it's always nail biting time until the hire is made.

IMO, McVay was hoping Morris would've been hired sooner so he could've landed the DC he really wanted, Fangio. Thanks to Indy using Morris last year as a bargaining chip, McVay just missed out on him.

I can't wait to see if McVay calls for another DC to run a ultra soft shell again or someone a little more aggressive. Not like becoming the leagues most blitzing team or anything, just not historically soft like we were 2 years ago.
