The Rams are a coaching mill. Coaches everywhere know this.
If you have aspirations, then come to the Rams because your status and opportunities will be elevated, and when the time comes the Rams will support you all the way and never try to block you the way some teams do.

McVay will find some really good guys; I have zero concerns about it.
