He was 1st time DC with us, became a 1st time HC the following year.....The thing about Sean is he seems to always choose people that he can learn from, expand his knowledge with. Has Staley learned anything that Sean can grow with? I think he'd learn more from going outside his familiarity group....a Wink, the guy from the ravens, the guy from the cowboys. Leonard....those guys can offer a new idea/system. And I think we have a pretty good base of players where they can go in all kinds of directions on D.
I'd like Vrabel, but he'll be a HC...(I think)....Wink plays a real aggressive system, and I love aggressiveness, The ravens always have a thumping D, and I like thumping....the boys had a bunch of sacks and INT's this year....can their D-Line guy bring that here?
