A little over his head....Think about it....1 year with the Rams, then Chargers hire him as HC, not as DC.
We all know, some coaches are great as DC/OC, but being a HC is a total different animal.
If McVay/Snead are good with a Staley return, then I can back them up on that decision....But, I think Rams will go in a different direction eventually.
