How the Mighty Have Fallen.

All of us loved him here and I really thought he was going to be a special Head Coach especially because he was a defensive coach that played QB collegiately. However, his defensives with the Chargers were just not good. So, has he lost his fastball or has teams figured him out? I would prefer a fresh approach, however, with Staley you would be able to keep him for awhile now.
