I would pay if the Texans let KaŹ»imi Fairbairn test the waters in free agency, I snap him up quick. He will turn 30 for 2024 and has an amazing FG percentage. I realize they let Gay walk because they did not have the cap room, but this year, they will and IMO, Fairbairn is better and worth the price. Now, they could also draft someone like Joshua Karty of Stanford or Will Reichard of Alabama, but IMO, Fairbairn is the best option and worth the price.
