My son was recruited as a QB by Washington. Wasn't in their top 5 but further down the list. He ended up playing baseball in college, but we have followed them quite a bit as I have many family members who went there.
My son lives in the PNW and has seen most of the games. He likes Penix a lot. Moves well. Live, accurate arm. Smart, is a winner. With his injury history, my son doesn't think he will last. I have seen him in several games, and I like him a lot as well. In that championship game he looked rattled, but more importantly, fragile. I don't think he's going to last either. Neither one of us would draft him. Too much risk on a high pick.
