Always wondered if, say, Stan K could build a stadium in San Diego then move the Chargers in.
Maybe not to Sofi standards, but it sounds like owning a stadium is a worthy investment.

Would this be a conflict of interest?
I'm sure Stan has enough puppet companies that he could operate under.
