1. Move back to San Diego.

The whole premise behind Spanos leaving the San Diego market was that the family didn't have (or didn't want to spend) enough of their own money to get a new stadium. So, in essence, they've been renting space from Stan for the past 4 - 5 years.

Have to ask: During this time, has the Spanos family invested wisely enough to return home build their own modest stadium? Are the local officials in 2024 more amenable to some kind of partnership? I mean...San Diego St. University took over the old Quaalcom stadium; demo'd it; and, built their own (albeit much smaller) stadium.

Would've thought that Spanos would've had similar plans.
