First year he had a bit of a ragtag secondary, overrated I think, and we masked all that by hitting a grand slam on Von Miller at the deadline. Year two a lot of the issues we saw pre-Von were back but for the entire season. This year he had a bunch of younguns and a lot of roster shortfall so I doubt he expected to get the job this time around.

I think he deserves it but then again I'm a bit of a Rams homer. I see his strengths, put it that way. But he might need to put up a top defense to get the gig. Seems like that is the trigger for these defensive guys.

Really hope they load this defense up in this draft. Get him a couple studs and a couple solid contributors in the draft and he'll put up a very good unit I'd think.
