Efficiency in the red zone the difference
1--- Rams went 0-for-3 in the red zone

2 ---On the other end, the Lions went 3-for-3 in the red zone

1 ... and I posted all the plays. Was it the play call? Run or pass (McVay)? The specific play --- fades (McVay)? Execution (Players) or other team making a stop (players)?

What was the cause of the poor red zone by offense

2. Rams defense allowed the Lions in the red zone on two few plays, they got gashed for explosives in the first couple of drives and allowed plays to get extra yards with missed tackles. And when done there did not get a stop.

But the real damage was the poor performance on all downs. They tried pressure when they had pressure situations with mostly dubious results, with an exception.

yes, red zone differential was the main reason.
