Is that the decisions are very easy. When the Rams want to keep guys they are pretty good at doing that.
1. Try to sign Dotson. Prefer before FA too. I don't like that his play picked up in his FA season. But he is such a nice fit for this offense and if we keep waiting on our OL to come into playing form midseason we're never going to get a high seed.
2. Keep the RFAs. Adjust tenders accordingly.
3. Let the UFAs walk. Outside of Dotson none of these players on the UFA list are worth paying market rate for. Given Dotson returning we have two stud OGs to protect the center position, so we can go with a brainy type midrounds, we have some room for error there.
4. Sign one legit starter in FA and roll the dice on a few cheap ones.
5. Have another fine draft. I don't expect it to be as good as this last one but if they can hit on a couple guys at the top of it with two quality starters we'll be in good shape.
I don't think it's unrealistic to expect Dotson + a starter in FA. Or two starters in FA. This roster still has a ton of holes and we should have the cap space.
