Kupp is a monster WR when healthy. He clearly was not this year
I think any uncertainty around him along with Drob, and Tutu not being the kind of guys you build around then yeah the Rams are going to need a WR or two
And I’m not a big Skrow or Trammel fan either
The Rams lack explosive athletes which needs to change. I mean their return game is just awful
They have got to get more muscle on Tutu so they can expand his use
