Very well said. I hope this team proves to be an example for many years to come for this franchise. It certainly seemed that the whole organization had a vision to draft and/or develop a bunch of inexperienced players surrounded by coaches who can teach, nurture and fast track their development, while providing them with stellar examples of what it means to be a Ram in Stafford, Donald, and Kupp.

IMO McVay’s press conference last night was a leader hurting for his team and I thought we all saw how much he cares about this team and the organization. I didn’t see a coach on the verge of burnout, second guessing every play call, coaching hire, and decision that was made. I saw a coach that was maturing and truly appreciated all the time and effort everyone committed to accomplishing what many including myself thought was out of reach this season.
