While I realize there is some crossover, a 3-4 OLB is not necessarily a 4-3 DE.
I don't even know if this young man is a OLB or a DE.
As for him requesting a trade, he's just brash and is expressing his strong opinion that Pierce should be their HC.
Of course, I doubt his threat much impresses Raider's management.
