This kinda reminds me of another poster that has been constantly admonishing how expectations should be managed for the season.

I expect them to win this game. If they don't, it will be no different than any other playoff loss. I'll be pretty disappointed. Just like many posters here are still upset about playoff losses to the Vikings back in the 70s, how the season went doesn't really factor into how I feel about this game. Maybe that goes away for some because of the expectations on this season, but that's in an entirely different box to me.
We all look at things a little differently, and that's OK. Telling me I need to manage my expectation in accordance with how another views their prism is kinda wacky to me. I'll manage mine just fine.
