Wentz should be used as a specialized weapon

Send him in on certain short yardage and goal line situations. Stafford is good in such situations, but it seems that Wentz is better. The Rams don't just need to have him run in those situations. He's a dual threat, which makes it all the better for the Rams to exploit his skills in such scenarios.
