It takes time to integrate new players. Not very often are they just plug and play. And with the precision offense of McVay, WRs and RBs take time to acclimate.

So, while it isn't critical that Robinson remain with the Rams, it would be a lot easier on the Offense if he did. But the Rams are not going to spend a great deal to retain him. I suspect that it is going to cost a lot to retain Dotson, but he is worth well more to the Rams than a 3rd WR.
