I think continuity is important. To pick up where we left off on offense next year, we can't be introducing a new guy into McVay's system.
Especially when we have somewhat built an identity... we are a top offense.

You need balance, but in today's don't touch the QB, everything is Pass Interference league, it's most important to be able to score the most points.
