Rams and Seahawks are both 8-7.
Vikings and Packers are both 7-8.
If the Rams win and the Seahawks lose the Rams go to 9-7 and can't finish any worse that 9-8.
If the Seahawks lose they go to 8-8 and can't finish any better than 9-8. Since the Rams beat the Seahawks twice the Rams would finish the season ahead of the Seahawks.
If the Vikes and Pack tie neither one can finish better than 8-8-1 and the Rams 9-8 record would beat both of them.
Most likely, though, one of them will win. The loser couldn't finish better than 8-9 and would be behind the Rams. The winner could go 9-8 and would finish ahead of the Rams since both Minny and GB have the tiebreaker over the Rams. But the Rams would still be the 7th seed, ahead of both Seattle and the loser of that Vikes/Pack game.
