Tackling is TERRIBLE and you rarely see guys jamming the LOS . Modern "tackling" is what kills me the most. Tooo many extra yards after contact. And very few Swarming Ds. Too common to see 1-2 players make a play and the 9-10 others are in observe mode as soon as initial contact is made.
Offenses get all the breaks, all the rule changes in their favor and also points of emphasis.
Receivers push off far more often than the times they are called for offensive pass interference. A defender barely touches a receiver and it's holding or defensive pass interference.
Offensive linemen rarely get call for holding and they hold seemingly on every play.
Defensive guys can barely touch the quarterback. Defensive backs cannot hit receivers anymore like they used to. There is too much of a chance for roughing or personal fouls.
As far as yards after contact (YAC) for running backs it is lower now than in 2017, the first year that stat is available on PFR. Perception isn't always reality and also seeing a game where defenders don't have an even playing field can also affect perception.
But I also think you may missing the point about your initial post about INTs. It's simply a fact that it's harder to get INTs now ... QBs are better, coached better and have more advantages. That contributes to what you are seeing.
