The Rams are beyond what I expected, and what even their own pundits expected.
They have big holes in spots that need to be filled.
They need quality depth on the Oline, possibly one new starter at LT (although Jackson is doing OK, I'm not sure what his ceiling is).
They need help on the Dline.
They need starting Edge help.
They need a starting CB and a starting FS. and this is assuming they keep Weatherspoon. If not, then they need 2 new starting CBs.
They need another starting quality ILB to go along with Jones.
They need a good Kicker.... desperately.
And, I think they need another starting quality RB with speed. Unless Evans can develop (no signs of it yet, in my book), they need someone with real speed because in the NFL your starting RB WILL get injured from time to time and he needs a blow and it can't hurt to have another weapon.
The number of rookies and 2nd year guys that have to contribute in big ways is, itself, an issue. I see some as hitting the rookie wall right now.
And, the Rams need to change their perspective on back-up QB. They need tp spend a little more and keep Wentz, or someone in his category. No more rookies and young guys unless they think they are drafting Stafford's eventual replacement. But even then, I really don't want to see the Rams spend a high pick on a QB. The odds of that pick ever panning out is about 1 in 4 at best.
