When he gets the pinecone figured out he'll incorporate it into his more global view. But certain things have to be done in an order that only he may understand. It may be a slow process but it'll be there and when it is, it'll work as part of the whole. Look at the run game f'rinstance... it's more than handing the ball off X% of the time. In his mind all the pieces have to be working.
So he sees into the future? Only he can understand certain things and processes?
This sounds like something in a cult would say about "Dear Leader".
He's been the HC for the Rams for a few games shy of 7 seasons. He was the OC in Washington for 3 years prior to that. His offense, which is supposed to be his "wheelhouse" has been a letdown more often than not.
