Although I would put 90% of the blame for those personnel mistakes at McVay’s feet.
Blackburn doesn’t get off Scot free with me on the PK debacle that’s been ongoing since summertime.
Thomas one is on McVay, but Snead is responsible for putting the best players possible on this roster for McVay....He has admitted Stetson was his pick, which was the first mistake and not replacing him once he went AWOL was another mistake....also should have brought in vet kicker at training camp instead of two rookies
