Three personnel decisions most likey cost us three wins this year

can you imagine ? we could have easily been 9-3 right now.....a team nobody but the most optimistic fans would have seen coming


obviously it is deeper than this, but really it is easy to see or say that three personell decisions were costly ones.


1. Putting Zach Thomas at LT instead of moving Noteboom over to replace Jackson in Cincinnati, was a disaster in a very winnable game.

2. Maher missing three FG's in a 7 point loss to the Steelers was the main reason for the loss

3. Not having a competent back up QB in Green Bay was the reasons we lost that game.


Rams need to replace Haversik before a personell decision cost us another win


This is at the feet of McVay and Snead imo and has proven to be coslty mistakes on their part....as good as both have been this year, we could have been so much better........
