If he can showcase he has staying power, then yes, however, he did struggle at Notre Dame with durability issues and has had that in his first two years. Hopefully, he can finish out the year strong and the Rams might have found something because Williams has great balance & burst, plus great in pass protection and is an excellent receiver out of the backfield.
