If his line isn't dominating up front he craps his pants. Older I get the more I realize how important courage is in a QB. Having that courage allows for getting through reads when you're not sure about your protections. Single biggest hurdle to moving into the NFL for these guys IMO.
I like Goff and tried hard to believe in him. He's just not good enough for an organization with the highest aspirations. He is in that second tier of QBs who require run game balance to affect the rush and open the middle of the field, which in turn requires good defense.
If we take a QB in this draft here's hoping it's one with massive cajones in the pocket. I want a QB who can win from the pocket and endure stretches of no run game without needing a diaper change.
