Jaws was the favorite over Haden but wasn't wanted here. I was upset when they let the Polish Rifle go. The same way I felt when we let James Harris go too!
Haden may have been very smart but he was too small and had a "pop gun" arm. I think McVay would have loved him! lol
1977 was hard to understand as did they really believe in Haden? As they let Harris & Jaworski go and brought in an old man with no legs in Joe Willie Namath. As good as Rosenbloom & Klosterman were, they never got QB right.
