the #1 concern is getting into a winning mentality. IMO it's so much more important for this team to win as many games as they can....be that 3,4,5 or even more. For this team to go on a winning streak these last 7 games, go out winning, be it as it may. Who they play IF they make the playoffs, how far they go, how soon they are out....That playoff game will bring more to the overall team then a top 5-10 pick will bring them next season.

They are very adept at trades in the draft, there is no reason not to think that even if they finish out at say 20 in the draft,or higher that that doesn't mean they can't get into the range of the player they want. (hope it's a LT myself)......With a full load of picks this coming year as well as the next they can do what ever they want to try and get the guy the want.

I realize this idea of mine will be ignored or disliked because it's just not a sexy, exciting thing to look forward to over having a top 5 choice....losers pick 1st for a reason, they can't win. Winning is harder to achieve than it is to garner top 5 picks.....Along with that winning comes confidence as well as being a place players want to go.....
