Poor Brandon Staley

Some of his decisions have come under scrutiny and for some reason, he cannot get their defense fixed, but the Chargers just seem to always lose the majority of close games. I still believe he is one heck of a football coach, but unless the Chargers turn it around and go on a run, he will most definitely be unemployed soon.
