The Rams have 10 touchdown runs this season. They have covered 1 yd, 7 yds, 1 yd, 4 yds, 3 yds, 3 yds, 5 yds, 1 yd, 1yd, and 1 yd.
Imagine a parallel universe where the Rams opted to pass instead of run on those 10 plays. Stafford might have 19 TDs, tied for third in the league. (Are the Rams fans there complaining that the Rams don't know how to use their RBs?)
To me the bigger issue is the offense in general. I don't think the balance between pass TDs (9) and rush TDs (10) is a big deal. My concern is that only 8 teams have scored fewer TDs than the Rams.
