1) The OL should get Havs back at RT.
2) I'm betting that no one appreciated the bye week more than Avila who hadn't been as active (to my eye) in the previous couple of games. I think that he'd hit the "rookie wall" and needed to catch his wind. Looking for a strong rush attack this week.
3) I'd say the same thing for Puka who's been dragging as well.
Finally...
4) Some coaches simply have other coaches number, and McVay definitely has Carroll's (who has to be the last NFL HC who has NO CLUE what the Rams are doing on offense.
