I do NOT want to see the Rams package picks to move up for anyone.
If a QB they want is there for them, fine. If not, pass. No reach.
The idea of the Rams setting their minds that they MUST draft a starter level QB is wrong minded. This is how it leads to mistakes and wasted picks.
If the Rams think they need to acquire a present or future starting QB (and I'm not at all convinced they intend on that), then the FA /trade route for a very good proven vet must also be on the table.
My crystal ball says that Stafford is the Rams QB for 2 more seasons minimum.
I also think that they think they have a possible future starter in Bennett (just because he's off to a poor start doesn't change anything unless they think his problem...my speculation is that it is alcohol... is going to be too high of a risk factor). Otherwise, 4th round pick or not, they would just have cut him by now.
