Hard to argue with that. Colossal knucklehead mistakes.
And then there's his play-calling, in-game management and questionable hiring and delegation skills.
A great smile, high energy, being likeable and having a photographic memory clearly does not address that. Different types of intelligence.

Heck, even many of us pointed out many of these things quite some time ago. We gave him the benefit of the doubt of maturation, evolution and logical improvement as a head coach after last year's debacle. He almost seems to be regressing.

McVay is a complete bonehead. He never put emphasis on the backup QB much like he neglected the OL. It never occurred to him that his 36 year old QB could potentially miss time with an injury? And how about doing a background check on your newly drafted QB? Extremely unprepared, shockingly clueless.
