Trading 1st rounders worked for them (until this past April...) largely because those picks ended up being very late in the 1st round.
They currently hold the 19th overall pick. Maybe that becomes 20th-22nd overall if they play well and secure a wildcard. But it's also still possible that ends up being something like the 14th overall pick. The Rams need that draft capital for 2024 and beyond.
Go after a premier edge rusher in free agency or in that Draft. Not via trade right now.
