I agree with you Florida, but I also think the brutal NY press will make some teams gunshy about hiring him so soon after his debacle with the Jets. I place a good portion of that blame on Saleh and hope that MF stays with the Rams at least one more season. I think some of our run game success comes from Lafleur and what he did in SF with Shanahan. But I also think that RB Coach Wendell and TE Coach Caley have added new offensive ideas that has further enhanced our offense this year. But LaFleur leads the band and if McVay has to miss a game, Lafleur will be the one calling the plays.
