I don't.
McVay already bails on the run game as soon as it gets stopped and that's with our best RB's on the field. I think he might just be tempted to throw the ball even more if Evans and Freeman are our only "threats" in the run game.
I get the assumption McVay is more likely to pass without his top backs. I see it differently. The hardest part of the position in this offense is pass protection. McVay would be more interested in the running plays these guys can execute if this were the case. Otherwise, I'd expect Skowronek in the backfield or spread them out 5 wide.
Missing Williams would hurt the passing game more than the running game IMO
