I was driving and listened to the game on Sirius Radio. Was actually the Cardinals' feed which was interesting because they really felt at halftime the game could easily have been 17-6 vs 9-6. They may be right. But anyway...
The Rams scored 23 points in the 2nd half of the season opener @SEA but had just 19 2nd half points total in the four games since. So at 9-3 late in the 2nd quarter I was getting worried...
But I was really encouraged that they both didn't just take a knee in the final minute of the first half (that FG drive helped set the tone and turn momentum) and how aggressive and determined they came out in then outscoring ARZ 20-0 in the 2nd half.
They have yet to put 4 good quarters in a row together. Easier said than done. Especially with such a young team.
Arizona may be a bottom-10 team overall but their defense is solid and they're pretty well coached.
