It's already a penalty. I have not seen it called in about 45 years. Happens all the time.

How many times do we see an entire O line pushing the RB into a D line from 4..5...6 yards out for a TD or 1st down. Every time I see the play, it takes me back to about 45 years ago when I saw it called on the Miami Dolphins. An O line guy simple gave the RB a one arm shove. Flags flew. That SAME afternoon, I saw a Cowboys O line guy literally carry Ron Springs into the endzone with NO flags on America's Team.
