I have had Trainers tell me just how detrimental work outs are to joints and the body in general. Now we have Pop Warner kids at age 12 trying to get a jump on their NFL future. It's REALLY rampant in South Florida. Same thing with Little League Baseball and young arms being shot before High School age.
