With both Jackson and Noteboom not practicing, there is no way they put Noteboom back in as starting RG this week whether Jackson plays LT or not. If Dotson performs well again against the Eagles, that's it. He's the new starter.
Further, considering Boom was able to play through the shoulder bruise and groin pull last week, I imagine he'll be good to go enough to play LT this week if called upon.
