And somehow I really don't care this time around.
I'm not sure I've ever expected less and got more enjoyment from any team better than this one. Well...that '99 season was pretty damned magical. But I was still stressed right up to "The Tackle". Our most recent Chip was stressful from beginning to the bitter end.
This year is just fun. Even as the lead slipped away, I was strangely calm and was going to enjoy it either way but said to myself, this is where we find out what kind of team we have. The answer has me smiling even now.
