Take a bow James!

so far.

So many times in the past, during lean years, it felt like the Ram's were headed no where... like going thru the motions but no plan... not even signs that they were on a path leading them to the top again. There was hope, of course, there is always hope... but it felt like an empty hope. Not every lean year was like that, of course, but far too many felt that way... or at least they did to me.

This year is "nothing" like that.... There is hope, as always..... but now, in what appears to anyone with eyes, a true plan and dedication to returning to greatness is tangibly taking place.

I'm so convinced of this that I have not only lost any doubts about it but, and admittedly with a great deal of excitement, I now wonder exactly how long it will take until that plan reaches fruition because that's how I'm reading the trajectory this team is on. Furthermore... I don't think it's going to take as long as many of us, me included, thought it would take.

My head soars when I think of just where this team may be by season's end!

And I say this in full consideration of what took place in the Cinn. game and the 2nd half of yesterday's games. You do not advance up the ladder rungs to the top without at times falling back a rung, or even a couple of rungs. And actually... I consider that OT Winning Drive to have been an astounding leap ahead for a team at this stage of development.

Yup, so far this season is about as exciting and enjoyable as it gets.

VERY nice post that I agree with 100% and couldn't have said any better! beer cheer smiley

This season has indeed been very fun so far and I have a feeling the "fun" isn't over yet my friend! There is plenty more to come.

Like you, I see, and appreciate that there seems to be a well thought out "plan" for this rebuild. yes, there will be some bumps in the road but that's to be expected.

I am very happy to see how our coaches are getting all this younger inexperienced talent to buy into what they are selling. I think this has been some of the best coaching I have seen for our Rams in a long time.

Like I always said in my criticism of Morris...Anyone can coach HOF'ers and look good as a coach. But the real challenge will be when those HOF'er's are gone.

Well, that time is now and Morris has really impressed me this year with how he is calling the games and especially how he has these kids playing hard and smart.

He has taken my heat for being soft and being gifted 3 HOF'ers to help him look good but from what I have seen from Morris and his staff so far deserves some praise too. It's only fair.

I have to say that if Morris continues to impress with this unit, he will definitely have some "eyes" on him for a HC job next year and I never thought I would say that. lol

Well done Mr. Morris! You are killing it and deserve to be recognized for it! beer cheer smiley

I am also impressed with the new additions to Morris's staff. Lake and Pleasant have been fantastic too. Just awesome!

I think McVay has called some really good games even considering that horrible game plan against Cincy. He seems focused and re-energized. I think that bodes well for us all!

Like you, I am enjoying the h3ll out of this season and will enjoy every bump in the road along the way. beer cheer smiley

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
