Snead sat in for McVay on the weekly McVay interview with DeMarco Farr and JB Long.
He's an excellent interview. Provides the thinking behind team moves, gives real insight, is articulate and thorough, but doesn't overtalk.
He also said the plan going in was to run more, but Rams got taken out of that rhythm. Said they wanted to play other backs, notably Ronnie Rivers, but again - rhythm and opportunities were lacking.
He made other points as well; spoke of upcoming Colts game, said they're approaching this game and learning what they can from the Cincy game from a frontal lobe instead of medulla perspective - that is, they're thinking about it instead of getting stuck in the emotional reactionary side of it.
