They have never made any noise about it. In fact, when the Jags talked of another place to play while the Stadium is replaced, Orlando was luke warm about the Jags playing down there. But IF they did make that move, it would make sense for the Stadium to be well North of Orlando. That would better incorporate Jacksonville fans. Driving THROUGH Orlando is something NOBODY wants to do. That can add a solid hour plus of drive time. Orlando traffic SUCKS!
